I decided to upgrade to the new Windows 11, & she was mindful about my needs and found a suitable replacement and installed the extra storage I requested, transferred all my files and personal affects to the new one, came out to my place and hooked it all up.

All the while keeping communications up to speed, so I never felt out in the dark as to what was happening. 

She went above & beyond the call, by cleaning my monitor, and replacing my old wore out keyboard as well.
